Scrapper Buddies

Actually, we are 6 people all together. Unfortunately, Lina couldn’t come to join at that moment, hopefully she will be with us on our next scrapgathering.

A Good Listener

We have two ears and one mouth

Being a good listener is not always easy.
When we have a conversation with someone, sometimes we even do not pay attention to what she/he says. Okay, there’s always a reason … it can be the story which is not interesting, or you don’t like the person who's talking to you, or you are not focusing on the conversation because of many things on your mind, what else? …you name it….

But, why don’t you try once… Try to listen. Take a seat and look at in the eyes, pay attention of what she/he says to you. I believe the person who's talking to you will appreciate you more. It's because they feel much better after sharing with you. If you find it’s difficult, just put yourself in their position, what do you feel when you’re really want to be listened, when you need someone to talk to, when you need to share what’s on your mind… so don’t being selfish by not to be a good listener.

I do it already.

It's such a nice feeling doing things to make others happy.

Books and Inspirations

It is normal when sometimes we get into a deadlock in finding an inspiration.
But, don’t worry, friends... I’ve ever been in that situation. Quiet often.. :) especially when I have lots of things to do.

First thing I do when I get stucked, I grab my stack of books. Reading the page by page, or simply just looking at the pictures inside the books. Usually, something suddenly across my mind and I know right away what I should do…
Stay focus. Think. Make some notes what to write or create. Once you get everything’s on the track… la voila!.. the inspiration will flow like a river..
The problem now is, so many things to do - so little time …
I have to manage it. Have to read more books… :)

LO for Scrapper Buddies Album

Forgive me for a bit late posting these, but I think I need to share the pages as my other scrapper buddies have already did it on their blog... :)

These layouts are going to be part of the pages of our album, the Scrapper Buddies, as a celebration of our friendship (if I may say that .... LoL). We have lots of fun every time we meet doing the scrapbook. Sharing some techniques and having a chit chat accompanied with some foods & drinks, of course...
It's really really refreshing, even though we meet only once in a month, but for sure, we have each other in our minds.

I always have a guuuuuuuuud time with you, girls...!

Usually 2-page layouts is made in form of left to right rule. Now, i'm trying to make it from top to bottom. Creating a vertical layouts is as fun as horizontal one. Try it.
